
Emergency services responded to a collision in Werribee on Wednesday, 14 September.
It’s understood a vehicle and a motorcycle collided on Shaws Road around 7.50 pm.
The car then crashed into a pole and caught fire.
The female driver and sole occupant of the vehicle had no visible injuries but was taken to the hospital for assessment.
The 14-year-old male motorcycle rider was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
One of the first people on the scene had this to say, “We heard it. Absolutely horrible to see. A car and motorbike collided, car in pole, caught on fire.”
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing.
