Bluestone Hub to feature 23 stores, gym, childcare and medical facilities
Construction is set to begin on the Bluestone Hub, a new $41 million town centre in Tarneit designed to cater to the growing needs of the local community. Spanning 1.47 hectares, the development will offer a mix of essential services, community spaces, and residential townhomes.

Located at 800 Derrimut Road, Bluestone Hub is perfectly positioned within the Bluestone and Harlow housing estates. This new retail hub is set to be a vibrant family-focused neighbourhood shopping centre that will provide brand new amenity catering to the thriving Tarneit community. The site is adjacent to parklands, sporting reserves, schools, medical and educational services, business centres, a historic homestead, and key transport networks.
The Bluestone Hub will include around 23 tenancies such as a supermarket, food and beverage outlets, a gym, childcare centre, medical services, and a chemist. The centre will provide approximately 4,200 square metres of rentable space and is situated on Gaits Drive.
The design of the hub incorporates a pedestrian walkway that will link the nearby waterways with parklands and the historic homestead. The walkway will also include three dedicated community spaces, which may be used for outdoor dining, health services or recreational activities.
In addition to its commercial offerings, the site will include nine townhomes. The hub aims to become a key community node in Tarneit’s continued development, integrating lifestyle and convenience in one location.
Construction is expected to be completed by mid to late 2026.
