The Werribee Racing Club are excited to reveal a new two-year partnership with the TAB that will see Werribee’s home of racing become TAB Park Werribee.
Werribee Racing Club has a long-standing partnership with the TAB that has spanned across nine years. The TAB will take over as the venue’s naming rights partner expanding on the existing partnership which includes the TAB Werribee Cup held later this later.
Werribee Racing Club General Manager Adam Wilkinson said, “The Werribee Racing Club have enjoyed a long and successful partnership with the TAB for many years now and to reaffirm our commitment to each other, we are very proud to be now known as TAB Park Werribee for the next two racing seasons.
2022 also marks the ninth running of the TAB Werribee Cup and we look forward to this partnership continuing for many years to come. We thank the TAB for their support.”
The new change will be reflected around the course with brand new signage and an exciting revamp of the winning post.
The TAB are loyal supporters of the Werribee Racing Club. The evolvement of the current partnership allows the Club to continue to contribute and deliver opportunities to the local community.
The first opportunity that the community will get to experience the new name change will be on Sunday the 4th of December for the 2022 TAB Werribee Cup.
