White Nationalist Tim Lutze Claims "Left-Wing Terrorists" Responsible for Family Car Fire
On Christmas Eve, police responded to a distressing incident at the Werribee residence of Tim Lutze, a prominent member of the National Socialist Network, after his family car was set ablaze in what appears to be a deliberate act.
Lutze, affiliated with a Sunshine West gym known for hosting far-right gatherings, took to social media to assert that “left-wing terrorists” were responsible for firebombing his wife’s blue Holden Commodore, causing significant damage to the vehicle.
In a video recorded at his home, Lutze claimed, “Last night, left-wing terrorists firebombed my pregnant wife’s car while I was sleeping.” He described Molotov cocktails being thrown, some of which were found in the front yard. Lutze emphasized the presence of his sleeping children and pregnant wife inside the house during the attack.
Victoria Police say they are actively investigating the incident and suspect that multiple individuals were involved in the arson. A police spokesperson stated, “Detectives believe a number of offenders have thrown a Molotov cocktail into the window of a vehicle parked outside a Bower Drive address shortly before 1 am on 24 December.”

Contrary to Lutze’s claims of a lacklustre police response after the alleged terror attack, Victoria Police maintain they are investigating the case. Two additional Molotov cocktails that were left at the scene were reportedly thrown in the vicinity of the property, but they did not cause further damage.

Fellow White Nationalist Thomas Sewell, who had previously avoided jail time for an assault on a Channel 9 security guard, visited Lutze’s property and sarcastically asserted on social media that “After a terror attack Victoria Police have done such a fine job collecting evidence, that there’s still Molotovs on his front lawn.”
The investigation into this disturbing incident is ongoing.
