Authorities are actively investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred at Manor Lakes Pharmacy earlier today. The incident unfolded on Manor Lakes Boulevard around 1:05 pm when a male individual reportedly entered the pharmacy premises and confronted a female staff member with a knife.
According to preliminary reports, the suspect, whose identity remains undisclosed, allegedly brandished a knife at the pharmacy staff member in an apparent attempt to carry out an armed robbery. Fortunately, his efforts were thwarted as he left the establishment empty-handed. Following the failed robbery, he purportedly fled the scene on foot, heading in a southerly direction towards Eppaloch Drive.
