Alleged Wild Burnouts Leave Home in Ruins; No Serious Injuries Reported

Emergency services were called to a dramatic scene at around 1 am this morning on Honour Avenue, Wyndham Vale, following reports of a vehicle crashing into a structure. Upon arrival, they found the front of a house severely damaged by a white BMW M4.

Emergency services responded to the crash in Wyndham Vale on Saturday, 3 August. It is understood that a man driving the BMW crashed into the house’s garage. Officers attended the scene and spoke to the 34-year-old driver, who was then directed to a police station for an evidentiary breath test. He returned an alleged reading of .177.

The driver, a Wyndham North man, received a notice of immediate suspension from driving and will attend court at a later date for drunk driving. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

One nearby resident reported that the vehicle was performing burnouts prior to crashing into the house.

The impacted house now has its front covered by plastic as a temporary measure to protect it from the elements. The BMW M4 remains at the scene, abandoned by its driver.

Adding to the commotion, there is a house inspection scheduled next door today, which is sure to raise a few questions among potential buyers.
