Police were called to Hoppers Crossing on Thursday morning following reports a car had crashed into a shop front.
It is believed a vehicle crashed into the front of the store on Forsyth Road about 5.15am.
The vehicle then reversed out of the shop front and drove away from the scene.
Staff who were inside the business at the time were not injured.
The vehicle is still outstanding and police are continuing to investigate the incident.
