Wyndham Brickfest returns to Hoppers Crossing on 5–6 July 2025 with Lego displays, competitions, and fundraising for children’s health. The event encourages local builders to enter and help raise money for the Wyndham Health Foundation.

Competition Categories for All Ages

Lego fans are set to descend on Hoppers Crossing as Wyndham Brickfest returns for another year, combining creativity with community fundraising.

The popular local event will run across 5 and 6 July 2025 at the Library Building of Hoppers Crossing Secondary College on Fraser Street, bringing together Lego builders of all ages and skill levels.

Entries are now open for those who want to showcase their Lego creations and compete for prizes, with all funds raised going to the Wyndham Health Foundation to support a local children’s health project.

Competition categories include:

  • 12 and under – Model must fit on a standard 48 x 48 baseplate

  • 17 and under – Same size limit

  • Adult – Also on a 48 x 48 baseplate

  • All Ages Large Display – One-table display up to 60cm x 120cm

  • All Ages XLarge Display – For models requiring more than one table

Entry forms and full competition rules are available at www.wyndhambrickfest.com.au by clicking the “Click here to enter your build” link.

Wyndham Brickfest President Andrew Elsbury said the event has become a cornerstone of community support and creativity. “Wyndham Brickfest has been a part of our community for six years and we are proud to have raised over $16,000 going towards children’s health in the city of Wyndham,” he said

In 2024, the event raised $5,000 which funded a new birthing bed at Werribee Mercy Hospital, improving care for newborns in the local area. “Last year was a great effort with $5,000 raised for a new birthing bed at Werribee Mercy Hospital to ensure the best possible entry into the world for our many newborns in our community,” Elsbury said.

“This year we hope we can match or beat that effort, and we need the help of Lego enthusiasts.”

Organisers are also calling for volunteers to assist with preparations and on the event weekend. “If you think you can assist in the preparations or over the weekend Wyndham Brickfest is held, we would love to hear from you. Contact me at wyndhambrickfest@gmail.com and let me know if you want to be on the organising committee or be one of our valued helpers over the weekend of the event,” he said.

Tickets to attend the event will go on sale in June, giving locals the chance to explore hundreds of Lego builds and support a cause focused on improving children’s health outcomes.
