Harpley Town Centre, located next to Lollypop Creek Primary School and a new housing village in Werribee, is set to open in mid to late 2024.
Construction began on Thursday for the $80 million shopping precinct, which will be the first block of an “exciting” project.
The site will feature a 4,500sqm Coles supermarket, a Dan Murphy’s outlet, 12 specialty stores, a gym, restaurants, cafes, and an on–grade car park.
The Mainbrace team is thrilled to be collaborating with Eildon Capital Group and Artro Management, who are delivering this important retail and social infrastructure to the Harpley and Werribee residents.
Coles will be the major tenant. Harpley Estate residents are looking forward to having a town centre.
