Construction began on Thursday for the $80 million shopping precinct, which will be the first block of an “exciting” project.
The site will feature a 4,500sqm Coles supermarket, a Dan Murphy’s outlet, 12 specialty stores, a gym, restaurants, cafes, and an on–grade car park.

Coles will be the major tenant. Harpley Estate residents are looking forward to having a town centre.
