The Major Collision Investigation Unit is looking into the details of a deadly single–vehicle crash in Ravenhall from last night.
It is understood a Holden utility vehicle lost control and veered off Westwood Drive at around 9.20pm.
The female passenger of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene while the female driver sustained non–life–threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
She is now aiding detectives in their investigation.
