These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the advertising services provided by Wyndham TV Pty Ltd (“Wyndham TV”) for Cafe’s and restaurants on the “Eat, Drink and be Local” food guide page. By entering into an advertising agreement with Wyndham TV, you (“Advertiser”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment:
(a) Advertisers must make upfront payments for advertising services.
(b) Invoices must be paid within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
(c) The minimum 3-month advertising block is $320 AUD.
(d) No refunds.
2. Eligibility:
(a) Advertisers must have a minimum of fifty (50) Google reviews with an overall score of 4 stars or more to qualify for advertising on the “Eat, Drink and be Local” food guide page.
(b) The advertiser’s business must be in the Wyndham City local government area.
(c) The advertiser can only promote one physical location per ad.
3. Advertising Duration:
(a) Advertisements are available in 3-month blocks only.
4. Artwork Specifications:
(a)Advertisers are responsible for providing their own artwork in the dimensions of 1080×1080 pixels.
(b)Advertisers can change their artwork each month during the 3-month advertising block.
(c) Artwork must be supplied within Seven (7) days after payment or a placeholder ad will be used.
5. Ad Placement:
(a) Wyndham TV Pty Ltd retains the right to place advertisements on the “Eat, Drink and be Local” food guide page in whichever order they see fit.
6. Promotion:
(a)Wyndham TV Pty Ltd will promote the “Eat, Drink and be Local” food guide page on Facebook once a week during the advertising duration.
(b)Wyndham TV Pty Ltd will also promote the “Eat, Drink and be Local” food guide page on our website as deemed appropriate.
7. Compliance with Standard Terms and Conditions:
(a)These advertising terms and conditions are in conjunction with Wyndham TV’s standard terms and conditions which are deemed accepted by the advertiser when submitting this form.
8. Changes to Terms:
(a)Wyndham TV Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notification.
9. Termination:
(a) Wyndham TV Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate the advertising agreement with an Advertiser at its discretion if the Advertiser violates these terms and conditions.
By entering into an advertising agreement with Wyndham TV, the Advertiser acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
