Wyndham City is delighted to announce Emily Leahy as the recipient of the One Wyndham award for July.

According to Wyndham City Mayor Cr Susan McIntyre, “Wyndham City and the wider community appreciates the contribution Emily has made to our City.”

“Emily’s passion for civic engagement through the Youth Advisory Panel at Headspace helps make sure young people’s voices are heard.”

“Emily is a positive role model and has shown commitment and dedication to assisting events and activities for young people in Wyndham.”

Emily is currently pursuing a Certificate 4 in Youth Work to support young people in Wyndham. Her dedication and contribution to the Youth Advisory Panel at Headspace have ensured that young people’s ideas and thoughts have been heard, leading to improved communication and ongoing development.
