Court hears murder charge details
Four children are now without their mother after a woman was allegedly stabbed to death in the backyard of a Werribee home.
Emergency services were called to the property around 9:05am on Thursday 27th of March, where a 42-year-old woman, believed to be Czarina Gatbonton Tumaliuan, was found with stab wounds.

Czarina ran her own online clothing and apparel business called Bellizzima Online Shop.
Her ex-husband, 41-year-old Jessie James Tumaliuan, was arrested later that evening at a Retford Close address in Werribee and charged with murder.

Tumaliuan appeared in court on Friday morning wearing a white T-shirt.
The prosecutor requested three months to gather further evidence, including statements from family members overseas and a determination on the cause of death.
Magistrate Andrew Halse remanded Tumaliuan in custody.
“No application for bail was made at this stage,” he told Tumaliuan, who nodded before being led from the courtroom by custody officers.
