
A fatal collision between a car and a motorcycle occurred on Duncans Road in Werribee South this evening 1st of June, resulting in the tragic death of a male motorcyclist.
The incident took place shortly after 7pm, prompting emergency services to rush to the scene.
Despite the immediate response of locals who were the first responders performing CPR and the arrival of the Air Ambulance, the motorcyclist, a 33-year-old Werribee South man, succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the car, an 18-year-old Werribee man, escaped unharmed and stopped immediately to render assistance.
Duncans Road was closed for several hours between Diggers Road and K Road while authorities investigated the exact circumstances surrounding the incident, working to uncover the factors that led to this devastating collision.
