A fire broke out shortly before 8 a.m. today on Hunter Avenue, Hoppers Crossing, sending emergency services rushing to the scene. The incident occurred at the residence of a known hoarder, where a buildup of items exacerbated the situation, making it a challenging task for fire crews to battle the flames.

Upon arrival, firefighters found that the rear portion of the property was already engulfed in flames. The excessive clutter and possessions within the house contributed to the rapid spread of the fire. Firefighters worked diligently to control the blaze, but the accumulated items presented obstacles that hindered their efforts.
