In short:

Some Small Changes Coming
A free community breakfast program in Tarneit will continue through Term 4, with several changes being introduced around child safety and access.
Dianella Community Centre and Life Community Kitchens run the breakfast at the centre on Congo Drive, providing free food and an opportunity for local residents to connect over breakfast.
Sessions will continue on selected Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am to 9.30am, beginning on 14 October and running until the final session for the year on 11 December.
From Term 4, children attending the breakfast dining area must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
Unaccompanied children will not be admitted to the dining area, but will still be able to access food through a new Grab and Go system.
Under the arrangement, children arriving without an adult can collect food directly from the kitchen before exiting through the courtyard door.
Entry may also be managed during particularly busy periods to ensure the centre remains within its building capacity and safety requirements.
The community breakfast is free and open to everyone, with people able to drop in during scheduled sessions without making a booking.
Dianella Community Centre is located at 6 Congo Drive, Tarneit.
