If you’re in Point Cook or nearby areas like Hoppers Crossing, Sanctuary Lakes, Williams Landing or Werribee, you might’ve heard about F45 Training Point Cook. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a place where locals come together to move, connect, and support each other. Run by Ryan and Em, two proud members of the Wyndham community, this studio feels like a second home for many. Let us tell you a bit about what makes this place special, in a way that feels like chatting with a friend.

Ryan and Em both grew up in Wyndham and have a strong connection to the area and its people. Their story is kind of sweet—they actually met at an F45 gym, where Em was working and Ryan was a member. Both of them love fitness and have always wanted to help others find that same joy in movement. In November 2024, they took over as the new owners of F45 Point Cook and have since completely transformed the studio, pouring their heart and soul into creating a positive, inclusive space. “We love working with the community here,” Em says. “It’s about helping people feel good and reach their goals, whatever those might be.”
What’s different about F45 Point Cook is how it focuses on each person’s needs. Ryan puts it simply: “It’s about learning what each individual wants and tailoring the program around them.” The vibe is welcoming and judgment-free, which is why members keep coming back. “It’s the best 45 minutes of my day,” one member told me. Another mentioned how easy it is to make friends here, which makes those early morning workouts a lot more fun.
One thing that stands out is how Ryan and Em are working to make fitness accessible for groups that don’t always feel catered to at other gyms. Em, a mum of two, gets how hard it can be to fit exercise into a busy family life. That’s why their time-efficient 45-minute sessions are perfect for everyone — from busy parents, to shift workers, and students. They’re also working on launching Mums and Bubs classes, where parents can bring their little ones along. “We wanted to make it easy for mums,” Em explains. “You can work out knowing there’s support and space for your kids, so it’s a win-win.”

Watch this space—Ryan and Em are also developing Kids and School Holiday Programs, helping young people build healthy habits, confidence, and a love for movement. These future programs are all about making exercise fun and helping kids feel good about themselves. Ryan’s also passionate about helping kids and teens discover fitness. He remembers how going to the gym as a teenager taught him discipline and confidence. “It was challenging but so rewarding,” he says. That’s why F45 Point Cook is looking to launch Kids and School Holiday Programs, designed to make exercise fun and build a sense of achievement. Whether it’s through training or group activities, Ryan and Em want young people to feel good about themselves while staying active.’
Beyond the workouts, F45 Point Cook is all about being part of the community. They recently ran a 45-Day Challenge and separately hosted a fundraising event that raised over $1,600 for the Good Friday Appeal. As parents, Ryan and Em know how vital specialized care is for kids, and their members rallied behind the cause. “It’s about giving back,” Em says. “We’re so proud of everyone who took part and made it such a success.” That strong sense of community spirit is at the heart of everything they do.
And here’s something worth celebrating – Ryan and Em’s efforts were recently recognized when F45 Point Cook was named a finalist in the 2025 Wyndham Business Awards for Excellence in Health and Wellbeing. It’s a true testament to the heart they’ve poured into the studio and the impact they’re making in people’s lives.
If you’re thinking about trying something new or just want a place where you can work out, feel supported, and maybe even make a few friends, F45 Point Cook is worth checking out. It’s not about being the fittest person in the room—it’s about showing up, doing your best, and feeling part of something bigger. Ryan and Em are there to cheer you on, whether you’re taking your first steps or pushing toward a big goal. Swing by and see what it’s all about—you might just find it’s the highlight of your day.
