Wyndham TV attended the exclusive Trade Day, which welcomed industry professionals, defence representatives, and aerospace leaders from across the globe. Held in the City of Greater Geelong, the event is recognised as the Southern Hemisphere’s largest aviation, aerospace and defence exposition.
Trade Day provided an opportunity for businesses, government officials, and international delegations to connect, with a strong focus on defence capability, advanced technologies, and innovation in both civil and military aviation.
Inside the exhibition halls, attendees explored unmanned aerial systems, space technology, advanced flight training tools, and the latest developments in air combat and commercial aircraft. Outside, a wide range of aircraft – including fighter jets, surveillance planes, and heavy transports – were on static display.

While the public portion of the airshow is scheduled to begin on Friday, the Trade Day gave a first look at the deals, discussions, and defence capabilities shaping the future of the industry.
