Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Brock MacQueen.
The 21-year-old was last seen leaving his Hoppers Crossing home on 21 May.
Brock was expected to return home within several hours and police and family hold concerns for Brock’s welfare as he has a medical condition.
He was last seen wearing blue denim jeans, blue denim jacket lined with sheepskin and navy blue nike runners.
Brock is Caucasian in appearance and about 165cm tall with a medium build and short brown hair.
He has a distinctive scar on the left side of his head.
An image of Brock has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Police advise members of the community that Brock may be confrontational if approached.
