Emergency services were called to a collision in Point Cook on 12th of November.
It’s believed a Nissan Navara struck two parked vehicles on the Princes Freeway just after midnight.
Police were told the Nissan was driving on the wrong side of the freeway when it smashed into an unoccupied parked Hilux before spinning into another parked truck.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
The driver, a 21-year-old Point Cook man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He is expected to be summonsed to court at a later date.
