Mambourin is the perfect example of the COVID-recovery construction boom that’s boosting the local economy.

More than 90 homes are currently being built at the Frasers Property Australia master-planned community, 43 kilometres from the CBD in Melbourne’s thriving southwest.

Mambourin is a $455 million development that will transform 115 hectares into a thriving mixed-use community that will be home to 3,500 residents who will enjoy the benefits of city-style conveniences, with the town centre and train station nearby.
