Man Arrested After Alleged Pharmacy Incident in Werribee
Werribee police have arrested a 41-year-old Altona man in connection with multiple alleged assaults and a burglary in Werribee on Tuesday, 4 February.
According to police, the man allegedly assaulted individuals near a pharmacy on Watton Street shortly after 4:10 pm.
He is also accused of entering a restricted area of the pharmacy and attempting to take items.
Officers deployed OC spray before arresting the man at approximately 4:20 pm outside a hotel on Watton Street. Police confirmed that no one was physically injured during the incident.
