Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing Manor Lakes teenager Anai Wel.
The 16-year-old was last seen at her home in Bungalook Street about 4pm on Saturday 5 December.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
Anai is known to frequent the Wyndham Vale area.
Investigators have released an image of Anai in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about her current whereabouts is asked to contact the Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
