Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Werribee teen Ryan Smith.
Ryan was last seen at an address in Werribee at 4.30pm on Wednesday 27 May.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the amount of time he has been missing.
Ryan is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes areas.
Police have released an image of Ryan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Ryan is asked to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
