The Grove Shopping Centre, located in Melbourne’s west, will feature a 4,000 sqm full-line supermarket along with 20 retail and specialty stores occupying an additional 4,000 sqm. Construction is set to begin in the second quarter of 2025.

Designed by architects Clarke Hopkins Clarke, the centre’s architecture is inspired by its location near the Werribee River and Davis Creek, incorporating natural textures and flowing forms reflective of the waterways. The site will also include 260 parking spaces and pedestrian-friendly access, with bus stops providing connections to Werribee and Tarneit railway stations.

In conjunction with the shopping centre, a new Riverside Park will be delivered, featuring an adventure playground with a climbing tower and mini-basketball court.

The Grove community spans 167 hectares and is planned to house 2,600 families, with over 1,800 residents already living in the area. The development includes extensive parks, bike paths, playgrounds, and wetlands, with a new railway station at Tarneit set to open in 2026 to improve transport links.

The shopping centre is expected to become a key part of the community, providing essential amenities and recreational spaces for local residents.
