Police are investigating a fatal crash in Mount Cottrell on 4 December.
It’s believed the vehicle with five occupants inside left Doherty’s Road just after 4pm.
The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest in a paddock near Sewells Road.
A 34 year old Truganina man died at the scene.
A male passenger was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
A female passenger and two children have also been transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact cause of the crash is being investigated.
