Two Teens Arrested Following Stolen Vehicle Pursuit and Foot Chase
Two teens were apprehended by the police following an extended pursuit in Point Cook on Tuesday, October 31st.
According to reports, the police spotted a vehicle they believe was stolen on Grassbird Drive at approximately 12:20 PM. The police Air Wing unit observed the car heading in the direction of Featherbrook Drive, where officers effectively deployed stop sticks.
Subsequently, the suspects abandoned the vehicle and attempted to escape on foot, making their way towards a nearby creek. They were apprehended shortly afterward.
A 14-year-old teenager from Tarneit and a 19-year-old man from Wyndham Vale are currently cooperating with the police as part of their ongoing investigation.
