Police and emergency services were called to reports of a dispute in Tarneit last night.
Investigators have been told a verbal altercation broke out between two groups of people outside a shop on Thames Boulevard at about 8.30 pm.
Police have spoken to a number of parties involved and the investigation remains ongoing in relation to the incident.
