John suffers from dementia and may be disorientated.
Police are asking for the public’s help in finding an 82-year-old man named John who has been reported missing. According to authorities, John was last seen leaving a residence on Deutgam Street in Werribee at approximately 7:11am on Wednesday, September 25.

John is described as a Caucasian man with white hair, standing at about 160cm tall and having a medium build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a navy-blue jacket, and black shoes. Police have expressed concern for his well-being as he suffers from dementia and may be disorientated.
It is believed that John frequents the areas of Footscray, Hoppers Crossing, and Melbourne CBD, and is most likely traveling on foot or using public transportation. In hopes of locating him, authorities have released a photo of John and are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
A spokesperson for the police stated, “We are appealing to the public for any information that may lead to finding John If anyone has seen him or knows where he may be, please contact Werribee Police Station immediately at (03) 9742 9444.”
At this time, the police have not provided any further details about the case.
