Wyndham City is proposing a new active travel initiative in the Werribee neighbourhood, and they would like to hear your ideas about this.
The ‘pop up shared zones’ initiative proposes to support active travel and exercise in a socially distanced manner through the temporary creation of local shared zones in Wyndham.
The temporary shared zones would be clearly marked and provide a space for walkers, cyclists, scooters and all forms of active travel and exercise.
The first pop up is planned to be near the Werribee River and Chirnside Park , if you would like to share your thoughts, council are looking at a rapid consultation process about creating shared zones quickly and safely.
