A man aged in his 20s has been arrested by police following a scuffle with another man in Truganina today.
Police were called to the incident, between two men known to one another, outside a Broombush Court address shortly before 1.30pm.
The Roxburgh Park man is currently assisting police with their enquiries and is expected to be charged with recklessly cause injury.
Whilst committing the offence, the man was also found to be in breach of the directions issued by the Chief Health Officer and it is expected he will be issued a $1652 penalty notice.
The directions by the Chief Health Officer, under the State of Emergency declared in Victoria, have been enacted to help stop the spread of Coronavirus.
