
Police are investigating a stabbing in Tarneit on Saturday, 22 October.
It is understood a 21-year-old man was stabbed near a shopping centre at the intersection of Sayers Road and Morris Road following an altercation about 5.30pm.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 23-year-old man was arrested nearby and is assisting police with their enquiries.
Investigators were told another man fled the scene in a grey Mercedes.
Police are continuing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and investigations are ongoing.
