Police are investigating a stabbing in Hoppers Crossing on Saturday, 5 November.
It’s understood there was a brawl between two groups of people on the corner of Aitken Avenue and Bellbridge Drive about 10.35pm.
A man was located with stab wounds and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A large machete was located in the front yard of one of the properties on Bellbridge drive.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
