Police are investigating a collision in Manor Lakes that occurred on 11th of October at approximately 3.15pm.
The student from Manor Lakes College was hit by a car on Manor Lakes Boulevard.
Paramedics treated the child at the scene, who was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
A number of students witnessed the incident and the school has communicated with parents offering support for those that are showing signs of distress.
