Truganina Central to Open in 2024: A New Retail and Community Destination

Truganina is set to welcome a new retail centre and community hub, Truganina Central, slated to open its doors in 2024. The centre promises to be a vibrant destination for shopping and community activities, enhancing the local lifestyle and providing convenience to the residents of Truganina and the surrounding Elements estate.

Positioned strategically in the northern part of Truganina, just 21 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, the centre is ideally located at the entrance to the Elements Estate, near Woods Road and Dohertys Road. This location is not only close to natural surroundings but also near future infrastructure developments including roads, a planned train station, and educational facilities.

New Coles Truganina

Truganina Central is expected to feature a variety of stores and services. Anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket, the centre will also house Liquorland, Saltwater Swim School, Chemist Warehouse, Anytime Fitness, Yes Yes Indian Supermarket, West Zone Meats, Big Daddy’s Fruit & Vegetables, and Harry Brown. Dining options will include Domino’s, Burgertory, Chichora Indian Fusion Restaurant, ShareTea, Fergusson Plarre, and Truganina Kebab House. Additional services such as Craftsman Babershop and Jenny Le Nails will cater to lifestyle and beauty needs.

The retail centre will boast over 270 convenient customer parking spaces, offering significant exposure and signage opportunities. It is located opposite the future Truganina Train Station and adjacent to the proposed new junior campus of Truganina North Secondary School, further integrating it into the community’s growth and development plans.
