
At approximately 5pm on 10 February, emergency services responded to a single vehicle collision on McGrath Road in Wyndham Vale.
Two primary school aged children were struck by the vehicle and were treated for a range of injuries. One of the children was flown to the Royal Children‘s Hospital by air ambulance in a stable condition with a head injury and leg injuries.
The other child was taken to the Royal Children‘s Hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition with leg injuries.
The female driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was unharmed.
