Police have arrested two teenagers in Manor Lakes following the tracking of a stolen vehicle across the western suburbs on 21 July.
The vehicle, reportedly taken from a Deanside address on Hampton Street around 3:40 pm, was followed by officers over a considerable distance.
Assisted by the police helicopter in Manor Lakes, the chase ended when the vehicle was abandoned near Hazelnut Road in Manor Lakes at about 6:30 pm.
The two suspects were found and arrested at a nearby property on Fragrance Terrace shortly thereafter. They are currently assisting police with their inquiries.
