Police were called to an address in Munro Drive about 9pm Monday evening after reports that up to 20 people had attended a residential address and damaged cars and forced their way into a property.
The offenders fled before police arrival but the area was searched and two males arrested.
One of the men, a 21-year-old, has been charged with weapons offences and resisting police and was bailed.
The other man arrested at the time has been released and is expected to be charged on summons in relation to the incident.
The charges follow what is believed to have been a targeted attack involving a number of ongoing issues between two groups of people.
Anyone who witnessed anything or with further information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
