Police have arrested four male teens following an incident in Werribee this afternoon (8 April).
Officers were patrolling on South Ballan Road when they observed an allegedly stolen vehicle at about 1.30 pm.
Police attempted to intercept the car but the driver allegedly failed to stop and continued driving.
The car was followed for a short time before it crashed into a brick fence on Market Road.
The car sustained damage to its rear wheel but continued on before coming to a stop in Austin Street.
Police quickly arrested four male teens, aged 14, 15, 16 and 17.
They remain in custody assisting with enquiries.
