Point Cook local and well known anti-masker Matthew Aitken was again in the spotlight as a prominent figure at todays illegal rally at the Shrine of Remembrance.
There were over a dozen participants standing around the eternal flame just after dawn this morning in breach of the Chief Health Officer’s directions.
Police directed the individuals to leave the area or receive an infringement notice for breaching the Chief Health Officer’s directives.
Two people were arrested for failing to provide details and received an infringment notice each.
Police issued a total of 18 fines.
