Two men have been conveyed to hospital following a crash in Werribee last night (Sunday 30 August).
Police believe a Mazda sedan, driven by a 23-year-old Werribee man, was traveling south on Greaves Street North when it was involved in a collision with a Hyundai Getz at the intersection of Werribee Street just before 10.30 pm.
The driver of the Getz, a 32-year-old Werribee man, was traveling west on Werribee Street prior to the collision and was airlifted to a Melbourne hospital in a stable condition with lower-body injuries, while the second man was conveyed to hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition with upper-body injuries.
Both drivers were the sole occupant in each car, and each car was marked with ‘P’ plates.
