
Police and emergency services were called to the scene of a collision in Point Cook this afternoon (Monday 12 October).
Investigators were called to Lennon Boulevard just before 3.45 pm after a car was seen driving on the wrong side of the road and collided with three other vehicles.
One witness said that a driver came down Malibu Boulevard on the wrong side of the road, swiped multiple cars, then Lost control at the roundabout and went straight through the red light at 80-90km into Lennon Boulevard and hit a caravan and a car.
Two men were taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, a man in his 50’s and a man in his 80’s with upper-body injuries.
A man in his 70’s was taken to the Werribee Mercy in a stable condition and a primary school aged boy was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital with lower-body injuries.
The exact circumstances of the collision are unknown and the investigation is ongoing.
