An online video showing a woman blowing smoke from a bong onto a toddler has angered many people.
The video appeared on many Facebook pages as people around Australia tried to confirm the identity of the woman in the video and contact police.
It has since been revealed the woman is a Townsville teenager and has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act for blowing marijuana smoke into the face of a toddler.
The toddler and the woman are filmed by an accomplice and they are heard laughing at the toddlers reaction.
