Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating Nathan Kilner, a 26-year-old man wanted on a warrant for the theft of a motor vehicle.
Kilner, described as a Caucasian individual with a slim build, approximately 171cm tall, and sporting blonde hair, is known to frequent the Werribee and Wyndham Vale area.
In an effort to gather information about his current location, investigators have released a photograph of Kilner.
