Speculation is swirling about the potential arrival of Wendy’s at the expanding Manor Lakes Park Hub, but no official confirmation has been provided by the developer, Ranfurlie Asset Management.

A recent report suggested that Wendy’s was set to establish its first Victorian store at the retail precinct, citing “credible sources.” However, a spokesperson for Ranfurlie has clarified that the company has not confirmed or commented on the possibility of Wendy’s joining the tenant lineup and neither have Wendy’s.
At this stage, Bunnings Warehouse and Petstock are the only publicly confirmed tenants of the development. The Manor Lakes Park Hub is expected to attract a diverse mix of retailers, food outlets, and service providers as construction progresses.
While fast-food chains such as Nando’s and Ampol have been mentioned in media reports, Ranfurlie has not verified any additional tenants beyond those officially announced.
