A 28-year-old Werribee man was arrested and charged with theft of motor vehicle.
He was bailed to appear at Werribee Magistrates’ court on 8 October.
A 34-year-old Werribee man was also arrested on other outstanding matters.
Both men were arrested on July 13th at approximately 11.30am next to the school on McGrath Road in Wyndham Vale.
One witness said that police were taking photos of items in the car.
