Cr Barrera emphasized the council’s dedication to the well-being of the community, stating, “Council’s unwavering commitment to upgrading and maintaining our local roads is a testament to our dedication to the wellbeing of our community.” She added, “By investing in these essential infrastructure projects, we are not just repairing our roads, we are building pathways to safer, more connected communities.”
The mayor highlighted that enhancing local roads remains a top focus in Wyndham City’s 2023/24 budget, allocating $8.4 million to reconstruct 12 roads across the community this year.
