Located on Overton Road, the development — known as Hudson Hub — is a multi-storey office building designed to support modern workplace needs, with a focus on sustainability and accessibility. Once complete, it is expected to become a recognisable fixture in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

The project forms part of the growing Williams Landing Town Centre precinct, which has seen an influx of residential, retail, and commercial infrastructure in recent years. The suburb’s proximity to major transport links, including the Williams Landing train station and freeway access, continues to attract interest from businesses and investors.

Hudson Hub will feature rooftop spaces, secure end-of-trip facilities, communal electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and bicycle storage — infrastructure that reflects a broader shift toward more environmentally conscious and commuter-friendly developments.

Other sustainability measures include a high thermal performance façade, rainwater harvesting systems for irrigation and toilet flushing, and open-air balconies intended to improve occupant wellbeing.

The development includes a range of office suite sizes, from 40 to 109 square metres, located on the top floor of the building. Communal amenities such as a rooftop terrace and shared balconies are also planned to enhance tenant experience.

This latest addition to the Williams Landing skyline highlights the changing face of the suburb as it continues to evolve into a major business and lifestyle destination in Wyndham’s west.
